What we do with your information
We use your information to: Send you updates about game releases, investigation branches, and content you might like; Make the Website and game better and improve how you experience them; and Send you service information through other channels. We look at how players interact with Urbanledger and use anonymized gameplay patterns to understand trends and make design decisions. This data doesn't identify you. If you were using our service before this notice, we send communications based on legitimate interests.
Information we collect from you
We collect and process this: Information you provide – Data you submit through website forms, email, phone, or other contact methods. We ask for the minimum we need. Email Subscription – Just your email address to sign up for updates. Contact Form – We store your name, email, and message in our database so we can respond and keep records. Job Application – We keep name, email, date of birth, phone number, portfolio link, and relevant details to match you with future roles. Gameplay – The game platform sends us limited information like console type and your location. Nothing that identifies you individually. For Meta Quest titles we need: User ID (for app features) User Profile (for username and profile photo) Friends List (for multiplayer social features) Deep Linking (for navigation) Crash Reports – Bug reports you submit might include gameplay data, hardware info, OS versions, and screenshots. The tool tries to hide identifying info, but we remove it if we spot it.
Information we collect about you
When you play, depending on your platform, we collect: Device and platform details, and/or your geographic location. This comes from the gaming platform and doesn't identify you personally. Our Website automatically collects: Technical information – Your IP address, login data, browser type and version, time zone, plug-in types, operating system, platform, and hardware info from crash reports or feature requests; Visit information – Full URLs, clickstream data with dates and times, pages you visited, load times, errors, how long you stayed, scrolling, and clicks. Information from other sources – Data we get from other websites or services we run. If we plan to share it internally or combine it with Website data, we'll tell you at collection. We work with business partners, payment processors, analytics providers, and ad networks. We'll let you know when we receive information from them and what we'll do with it.
Where we hold and what we do with your information
Gameplay data usually comes to us through your gaming platform. We store information on UK or European Union servers spread across locations for backup. Gameplay data gets combined with other players' data from your platform and location to check sales performance and guide our marketing and business decisions. Website content is deployed in different locations to give you better performance. We don't share user information with third parties for marketing. OVH hosts our Website. Data you submit goes into our MySQL database. MailChimp handles newsletters and email marketing. Check their privacy policy on their site. If we sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business, we may share information with new owners. They'd use your data the same way this Privacy Notice describes.
Interaction with Social Networks or Platforms
Urbanledger can connect with third-party social networks or platforms that give us information about you. Third parties create and run these, not us. Read their terms and privacy policies to see how they handle your data. When you let our game interact with a third-party platform, we might share data about you with your contacts to enable social play ("Social Data"). This includes your name, profile picture, and scores/progress. You can change what a platform shares with us or stop the game from connecting by adjusting settings with that provider. Some social features might become unavailable though.

How long we hold your information for
